What I have been using in August

September is here, and I am so glad! I am looking forward to changing my beauty routine (again), start wearing bold lipsticks and my beloved jeans that have been at the back of my closet since May. Today I have a roundup of the products that I have been using in August.

Korres Black Pine Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream: I am a fan of the Korres products and this is not a letdown.  I usually apply it at night after I cleanse and tone my face and  I love how hydrating this cream is. In the morning I wake up with a fresh under eye complexion, a brighter and firmer skin. You can read my full review here.

Dead Sea Spa Magic BB Cream: In summer, I avoided using a heavy foundation so BB creams were a life saver. With the hot temperature that we were experiencing during summer, foundation would melt and I would look like a clown, so I haven't used one since May. This BB cream is perfect. Lightweight, great coverage and SPF 15. I received this cream in the LookFantastic Beauty Box in June and I love it.

Caudalie Premier Cru Eye Cream (shown in the first picture): I also received this product in the Look Fantastic beauty box. It is a luxury eye cream formulated to treat the under eye area and to improve dark circles, reduce wrinkles, minimize puffiness and dullness and leave a young and fresh looking skin. I haven't tried any Caudalie product before but I read many posts on this brand and I always wanted to try it. I like the quality and I love how my skin feels the next day, fresh and bright!

Milani Baked Blush in Berry Amore (03): This blusher is totally a winner. Although it was not the shade I expected it to be (when you say 'Berry' I expect to receive something similar to berry shade) but it turned out to be really good and suits my complexion perfectly. You can read my review here.

Loreal Lumi Concealer: this concealer has been a good friend. It was perfect for covering any dark circles or bags after a hangover (come on, it was summer, we all drank a few cocktails more haha). It has a thick formula that covers any dark circles or imperfections, brightens the under-eye area and blends easily. A really good concealer.

Lee Stafford Treatment: I purchased this treatment in order to help my hair grow a bit, and I used it once a week after I did a coconut oil treatment and washed my hair. I haven't noticed a huge change in the length of my hair but it certainly helped with the texture, making my hair smoother and softer.  I've been using it regularly and it's almost empty.

The Body Shop Vanilla Body Mist: this product does not seem to empty at all! I have been using it all summer and the bottle is half full! I love body mists for summer as they are so light and fresh and I love that you can spray them on body, hair, clothes or even on our sheets to give them some freshness. And I love vanilla, it's one of my favourite scents!

So these are the products I have been using and loving in the past month. Hope you have an amazing weekend! Thanks for visiting and I will see you soon.
