The weather is so strange at the moment, we are having rain, wind and sunny hot days in one week. How is this possible? Has summer changed it's mind and not coming? Haha, I hope not, cause I love summer, it's my favourite time of the year.
However, coming or not, I am always ready for summer and I have listed my favourite products to use.
♥ L'Oreal Paris Sublime Sunscreen Oil Spray SPF 15 - I find oil sprays easier to use at the beach than creams and this one nourishes the skin with the help of argan oil, vitamin E and shea butter. It's not greasy at all and easily absorbed. If you have fair skin, you must use SPF more than 15 on your body, probably 30 or 50.
♥ Garnier Miraculous Oil - perfect for dry, tired and frizzy hair, this oil will provide extra hydration and can be applied on dry or wet hair. I use it before blow drying my hair and a little goes a long way, plus it has a lovely fruity smell. (review here).
♥Le Petit Marseillais Huile sublimante body oil - I purchased this body oil when I was in Greece and I intend to have it with me the whole summer! I used it once or twice to try it and it is so light when applied, soaks immediately on the skin, softens any hard areas and leaves a nice glow. Plus, it has a lovely flowery scent.
♥ L'oreal Sublime Bronze Nourishing body oil - I have been using this oil since last summer and I love it! It has four oils that give intense moisture to the skin and gives a natural-looking tan to the skin.
In summer I prefer using body mists instead of heavy perfumes. I like the light consistency of body mists and their flowery/fruity scents.
I have been using Sheer Love from the Victoria's Secret collection of mists that has a sweet flowery scent. Another favourite at the moment is the Beauticology Pink Grapefruit Body Mist. This one is lighter than Sheer Love and I take it with me at the gym and the bottle is small enough to even fit in my purse.

In summer, I always get a nice tan, without forcing myself to sit under the sun for hours. I always wear my SPF and I love to wear a bronzer to compliment my tan and give my skin a nice glow.
I recently purchased the Essence Shading Powder which is a light bronzing powder and highlighter. I also love my Sunkissed Bronzing Pearls that leave my skin feeling radiant and golden, like those girls in the commercials(!) .
Skincare! I use plenty of products in summer and my current favourites are:
♥ L'oreal Sublime Sun SPF30 - a good sunscreen is the most essential product to use in summer. I use it every day, I apply it every time I go outside and it goes with me when I go to the beach (review here).
♥ Bielenda CC Cream - in spring and summer, I like to go with a lighter coverage. I use mostly BB creams and this is my first CC cream I have ever used. It gives me a smooth coverage, perfect for every day, and leaves my skin feeling healthier, brighter and fresh looking.
♥ I Love...Raspberry & Blackberry body butter - the name of this body butter says it all. If you tried the I Love... creams and body butters, you know what I am talking about. Incredible scent, great hydration without leaving a greasy body, what else you need from a body butter?

All the products sound amazing! I have always loved body oils and the L 'Oreal Sublime Bronze is definitely one I want to try as soon as possible. I love your photos, xoxo
ReplyDeleteI'm so so scared of using anything with the name 'bronze' in it ever since I tried the L'oreal Sublime Bronze oil and broke out in a bunch of hives! First thing I've ever been allergic to. I love the look of the bronzer in the circular-ball format and anything raspberry scented is amazing!
