That's why I got so excited when I was browsing the SheIn website and saw this beautiful off shoulder dress*. I knew I had to have it, it's so pretty and colorful and unique. It has pink, neon yellow and neon green stripes and has four ruffles from top to bottom.
The colors blend nicely together and the length is ideal for my height, it comes just below my knees. This dress can be worn on vacation or for a special event like a garden summer wedding or a Christening.
