Products I used today and my #ootd & #ootn

Happy Saturday lovely friends! How are you today? I woke up early today to run a few errands and I did my makeup hours ago and I would love to share what makeup products I used.

I started this series a while ago and I really enjoy posting the products I use every day, together with the outfit of the day. These kind of posts unite two favourite subjects of mine, beauty and fashion and since I started posting more fashion related posts this year, I thought these posts are a good idea to see what I am actually using on my face and what I have been wearing.

First of all, let's start with my base. All summer I have been wearing a tinted SPF cream or a light BB cream and I mentioned several times that I will need a new foundation for fall. When the weather cools down, I will be able to wear a heavier base but for now, the Youth Lab CC Cream SPF30 is the best option. It provides perfect natural coverage and protection with SPF30. Also, I re-discovered this favourite concealer of mine, the LA Girl Pro Concealer I have been loving all winter. For my eyes, I chose this beautiful warm palette from City Colour and I did a natural looking, soft smokey eye using the brown eyeshadows from this palette.

The W7 Mega Matte Lipsticks are a new addition to my lipstick collection but I have been wearing these two shades every day. These liquid lipsticks are comfortable to wear with a velvety creamy consistency. It doesn't take long to dry on the lips, usually 30 seconds and they do not dry the lips, but feel comfortable instead. I also used the Maybelline Kohl Express eye pencil in my waterline to add a little bit of drama to my look. It is a soft kohl pencil I have been enjoying recently and now I started wearing proper makeup every day, I will be using it a lot.

To complete the eye makeup look, the W7 It's Brown Mascara is the perfect choice since it defines my lashes and makes them look natural. It adds length and volume without the dramatic effect, which is suitable for every day use. It is no lie that I have been loving the Milani blushes and the Milani Baked Blush in Berry Amore is such a gem. You can see from the swatch below that it is a stunning shade, not so much berry as the name says but a beautiful peachy pink shimmery shade.

The weather hasn't changed at all here in Cyprus, except for a couple of nights that has been chilly and windy, but daily, the weather is above 30 degrees so it feels like summer. So a summer dress it is!!

This beautiful off shoulder dress* is all I need for a hot day. It has a lovely white floral print on orange and it has pom poms all over the hem and on the sleeves. I love pom poms on clothes that's why I was drawn to this dress.

For tonight, we are going out for a casual dinner so I chose to wear this multi coloured maxi dress*. The material of this dress is extremely light but thankfully, it is not sheer. It feels so comfortable so I will be wearing this to the office too. I love the pattern and red pairs perfectly with white and black.
