Fall is here and fall means many things. Cosy nights by the fireplace, watching our favourite tv shows, eating pizza while raining outside, lovely vanilla candles and hot chocolate!
Also, fall means only one thing for me, beauty related: dark lips. Yeap, it's time to re-discover our lovely plum/berry/mauve shades we were using and loving last year. So these are my all time favourite dark lipsticks.
L.A. Girl Glazed Lip Paint in Blushing: this lip paint is the most beautiful and most pigmented lip product. It is a lovely purple mauve shade that is so vibrant on the lips and gives a little bit of gloss.
Wet n Wild Sugar Plum Fairy: this is probably my #1 plum lipstick. And here is why I love it so much: it is a gorgeous deep plum that stays on the lips for hours and then it leaves a beautiful pink stain on the lips, it is longlasting and so affordable! Winner!
Essence 09 Wear Berries: I bragged about the Essence longlasting lipsticks a long time ago and this shade is a light purple pink shade that is a little sheer. It lasts about 4-5 hours without eating and leaves a light pink stain on the lips. Also, it does not dry the lips due to its creamy formula.
L.A. Girl Creme Lipstick in Promise: this shade is a dark berry/brownish shade in a creamy buttery formula. Glides beautifully on the lips and it is very pigmented, one swipe gives a great amount of colour.
Maybelline Glam 6 Lip Polish: this is in a liquid form but the consistency of it is thicker than any other liquid lipsticks I own. It is a lovely deep plum/berry shade that gives a gloss finish when applied and feels very moisturising on the lips. It looks so similar to the Sugar Plum Fairy lipstick but this one gives a glossy finish whilst the Wet n Wild one leaves a matte finish.
Jordana Fiesta Lipstick: this Jordana lipstick is a lovely sheer magenta shade. In the tube it looks darker than it actually is but in reality it leaves a nice purple colour on the lips. Needs to be applied several times to get enough colour and unfortunately it is not longlasting.
